I 🩵 Cre8tives : A Love L3tt3r to Cre8tives

Dear Cre8tives,

There is no art without you. Your art adds a refreshing take on the world that no one has ever thought of before. You offer a seed for a new dream, and in that way your cre8tivity will never leave you.

Although Cre8tive immortality is beautiful, the message is what matters most. You are a vessel, but your art is a message given to you by God.

Like Gatsby reaching for the green light, many of you will find yourselves chasing a version of success that looks polished, approved, and industry-sanctioned. You’ll rehearse your brilliance for rooms that were never built for you, hoping proximity will validate your calling.

But understand this: the light was never the dream—you were.

The danger is not in dreaming boldly, but in forgetting why you dreamed in the first place. When the industry asks you to reshape your message to fit its standards, remember that Gatsby didn’t lose himself because he dreamed too big—he lost himself when the dream replaced his identity.

Side eyeing you for letting people play with you.

Protect your message.

Find your people.

Let your art remain honest, even when the world prefers it curated.

Once you enter a true creative flow state, you may begin to experience imposter syndrome. You look at the work in front of you and no longer recognize the Cre8tive who made it.

This happens because you start to believe your blessings do not equate to your worth.

It is okay to feel that way.

In those moments you are growing, discovering new strengths within your work. Be surprised by what you create—but do not be surprised that you created it.

Your message is a part of your vessel. Do not discredit it.

Take a moment to truly look at yourselves and your art. Look deeper into who you are, because I promise you—the Cre8tive you are searching for has been there the entire time.

With love,

Ari the Cre8tive
